Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Bang Tech Inc. ("we") and the business that creates a ChatBeds account ("you"). By creating an account or using ChatBeds you agree to them on behalf of that business.

1. The service

ChatBeds is a hotel management system used through a web app and through WhatsApp. We may improve and change it; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the people you give access to, the roles you give them and what they do in ChatBeds.
• Keep sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think your account is misused.
• You must give us accurate details, including your property's address, which sets your price.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Free covers up to 3 rooms. Adding more rooms needs a paid plan.
• Paid plans start with a free trial when a card is added. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and is charged to that card.
• Plans renew each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page, before tax; tax is added where it applies.
• Changes between plans are prorated. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid; we do not refund part periods unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails we will tell you and try again; if it stays unpaid, we may limit the account until it is paid.

4. WhatsApp and other services

To use WhatsApp with ChatBeds you connect your own WhatsApp Business number and accept Meta's terms for it. Meta bills its message charges to you directly. You must follow WhatsApp's policies, including getting guests' agreement before messaging them. Channels, Stripe and other services you connect are governed by their own terms.

5. Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us the right to use it only to provide and improve ChatBeds as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data and close your account at any time. Where we process personal data for you, we do so on your instructions.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use ChatBeds to break the law, send spam, harm others, break into accounts or systems, or copy or resell the service.

7. AI features

ChatBeds uses AI to understand messages, suggest prices and check photos. AI can be wrong. ChatBeds asks for anything missing before it acts, and you remain responsible for checking bookings, prices and payments.

8. Availability

We work to keep ChatBeds available at all times, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions. Status is shown at app.chatbeds.app/status.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ChatBeds is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or bookings; and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you are says otherwise.
