Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Add a card to start 14 days of the full plan. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, we remind you by email before it does, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
What happens if I add a fourth room on Free?
Free covers up to 3 rooms. To add more, choose a plan; your rooms, bookings and settings stay as they are.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
You use your hotel's own WhatsApp Business number, and Meta bills its message charges to your own Meta account. ChatBeds adds nothing on top.
Why are prices different by country?
Each country pays a price its own room rates can carry. The price follows your property's address, and is in local money where we offer it.
Can I change plans?
Any time. A change is prorated: the difference is added to, or taken off, your next bill. Cancelling keeps your plan to the end of what you paid for.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. ChatBeds never sees your card number.
