Your hotel's data, looked after
Hotels trust us with their bookings, their guests and their money. This is how we protect them.
Hosted on Google Cloud
The app runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud SQL) with Firebase for sign-in and hosting. Databases are backed up.
Encrypted
All traffic uses HTTPS. Secrets a hotel gives us, such as WhatsApp access tokens and channel keys, are encrypted again before they are stored.
Sign-in and keys
Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. Partner API keys are shown once and only a hash of them is kept; a hotel can revoke a key at any time.
Roles and permissions
Each person sees and does only what their role allows, per property, on the dashboard and on WhatsApp alike.
A record of who did what
Bookings, payments, cleaning, inspections, tickets, stock and shifts record who acted, when, and whether from WhatsApp or the dashboard.
Support access only with your say
Our support team can see your account only when you turn support access on, for as long as you choose. You can decline a request or switch access off at any time.
