Ana is ChatBeds' built-in voice assistant. Talk to her as you would to a colleague: she sets up your hotel with you, answers from the help centre, and does the day's work as your role allows. She is an AI, powered by Google Gemini.

Sets up your hotel by voice
Your property, rooms and prices, the plan, WhatsApp and your team, the booking sites' calendars, your booking page and Stripe: she asks simple questions, fills things in and shows each step on screen.
20 languages
She talks and listens in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese and 11 more, and switches when you do.
Answers from the help centre
Questions are answered from ChatBeds' own help guides. If she doesn't know, she says so and offers you a person.
Daily work, read back first
"Book 101 for Daniel Moore, two nights", "204 dirty", "occupancy tonight": the same commands as WhatsApp, as your role allows. Every change is read back before it runs.

You decide in Settings → Ana
Turn her on or off, let her answer and guide only, keep her to owners and managers, and choose the language she starts in.
Your voice is never recorded
A text copy of the conversation is kept for 90 days to help you, then deleted. Ana never hears or reads card numbers.

Ana is an AI assistant, not a person. Conversations are processed by Google (Gemini) to understand and answer you. Card details are always entered on Stripe's own page.
