About us
We are making hotel software that the whole team can use
ChatBeds started from a simple observation: in hotels across the world, the real work is coordinated on WhatsApp, while the PMS sits on one computer at the desk. So we joined the two.
Software should fit the team
Hotel staff already run their day on WhatsApp. We built the PMS into it instead of asking them to learn another screen.
Every language counts
Housekeepers, technicians and receptionists should be able to work in the language they think in, by text or by voice.
Fair, open prices
Prices on the website, set for each country, with no commission on the bookings you earn yourself.
Honest about what we do
We say what ChatBeds does today. When something is on the way, we say that too.
The company
ChatBeds is a proud product of Bang Tech Inc., a software company based in Delaware, United States.
