When a guest asks “can you do better?”, Ana negotiates the price within the limits you set. She trades rather than discounts: a little off for their dates, more for paying now, one more night or a quieter date. She gives more when you are quiet and nothing when you are nearly full.

Trades, not discounts
A small amount off for their dates, more for paying now, for one more night or for a quieter date. Returning guests get a little more.
Your limits
Set the most off in all, the percent for each trade, how many counter-offers, how long an offer is held and how many rooms a night sell at agreed prices.
Follows how full you are
Under 40% full, Ana can use all of your limit. From 40 to 60%, two thirds. From 60 to 85%, a third. At 85% or more, nothing.
Never below your floor
No offer goes below the price floor RevBot keeps for each room.
Private prices
An offer is for that guest only. Your public rates do not change.
Booked at the agreed price
The guest takes the offer and the booking is made at that price, in the chat or on the page.
