Anyone on staff reports a problem in a message or a voice note. It becomes a ticket with a category and priority, the maintenance team is told, and a broken room comes off sale until it is fixed.

"AC leaking in 305" becomes ticket MT-1047, priority guessed, maintenance and the GM told.
Rooms off sale while broken
A ticket can block its room so it cannot be sold, then sends it to housekeeping once fixed.
