The internet drops. The front desk keeps going.
ChatBeds keeps a copy of today's arrivals, departures, guests in house and rooms on the desk's computer. If the connection goes, the desk still sees who is coming and which room is theirs.

Today's list, kept
Arrivals, departures, guests in house and room status, refreshed every few minutes.
Opens without internet
The app opens and shows the kept list, clearly marked with when it was taken.
Cleared at sign-out
The copy is removed when someone signs out of that computer.
